Shelley Blankenship has been employed by Kiefer Public Schools since August, 2008. She teaches computer applications I and II, keyboarding, careers/business, and financial literacy. She graduated from Kiefer High School in 1993 then attended Northeastern State University. Mrs. Blankenship holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and received her alternative certification in 2008.
