About Jodi Rader

Hello! My name is Jodi Rader and I teach Kindergarten! I decided I wanted to be a teacher way back when I was in Kindergarten as a child.  I knew that I wanted to work with little kids and give them the same experience that I had when I was younger.  I was blessed with some pretty great teachers that have all played a role in how I teach today.  I graduated from Charles Page High School in 1995. I got married to my "High School Sweetheart" in 1998. My husband is a 1994 Kiefer graduate. I got my Bachelor's in Education and my Early Childhood Certification from NSU in 2001.  I taught my first year in Kindergarten at Oakridge Elementary in Sapulpa. After teaching my first year I stayed home with my baby girl Shelby, who is now a Freshman at OSU.  I taught Pre-K for seven years at Lake Country Christian School in Sand Springs.  Some time within those years I had my second child, Tate and he is now a Junior in High School. We moved to Kiefer in 2008 and I started teaching at Oliver Elementary in 2009.  I taught Pre-K for two years and I am now in my eleventh year of teaching Kindergarten! I feel very blessed to be a Kiefer Trojan and to work with such a great Elementary team. Go Trojans!!! I enjoy traveling with my family, especially since my husband got his pilot's license and he flies us around all over the place! I also enjoy watching my son play football and golf. I love to watch my daughter record music in the recording studio and Auditioning for Amercian Idol and The Voice and trying to follow her dreams.
