About Kimberlee Chalakee

Hi! I’m Mrs. Chalakee!

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I am so excited to work with you and your child. It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventure, and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Travis. We have two daughters {Adlee} who is in fifth grade, and {Saydee} who is in third grade. They take up most of my free time, but some hobbies that I enjoy are cooking, traveling, serving at church, Sooner football, and reading.

I have lived in Broken Arrow, OK for most of my life. I went to Broken Arrow High School and graduated in 2005. I then attended Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, and graduated in 2010 with my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.

This is my 11th year teaching Kindergarten. I have been at Kiefer Public Schools for 8 years and have taught Kindergarten all 8 years. I also taught Kindergarten for three years at Tulsa Public Schools. I absolutely love teaching Kindergarten. It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students. I attempt to teach with passion for my subject, so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to keep communication open between us, and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the he need. I look forward to a great year together!
